時間Time: 晚上7:00  8:00  (每堂1小時) / 1900 – 2000 hrs (1 hour per lesson)

費用Fare: 每位港幣HKD 480.00/pp

名額No of Pax: 每班8 / 8 people per class

備註 REMARKS:

本會亦為此課程讓客人更能得到貼身的服務,特設靈活彈性的上門私人包班課程。時間地點由你話事,更彈性,更自主,詳情請與本會職員聯絡。

In order to give more personal service to you, we also provide the private course package to guests. It give you more flexible selection, time and place all control by you. Please contact our staff to get more information.

 

學員須知 Note to Student
1.學員需自備毛巾、水或補充飲料。

All participants are required to bring your own towels, water, or supplement drinks.

2.所有學員必須穿著合適運動服及運動鞋。

All participants must wear appropriate sportswear and sports shoes.

3.學員上課前2小時不適而進食太飽,但亦不能空腹。

All participants should not eat too full 2 hours before the course, but also not fasting is allowed

4.如學員在上課前或堂課中感到任何身體不適,必須立即通知當值教練。

If participants feel any discomfort during lesson or before the lesson, it must notify the coach immediately.

5. 如身體不適,可出示醫生紙證明,可免費補堂。

If participants absent from lesson due to discomfort or illness, please support the medical certificate, you can get the supplemental lesson for compliance.
 
6. 補堂之時間、地點、日期,由本會決定,不得異議,而補課之安排必須當月進行。
Supplemental lesson should be arranged by us, date, time and location are determined by us. The lesson will be arranged on the same month.
 
7. 如活動當日天文台於活動前兩小時發出或預告發出黑色暴雨警告訊號,或以懸掛3號或以上風球,當日課堂即告取消,並順延至下一個上課天。

If typhoon Signal No 3 or above is hosted and Yellow / Red Rainstorm and Storm Warning is issued 2 hours before the lesson, such lesson would be canceled, the lesson will be continue on next week.

8. 所有學員必須明白個人身體能力及健康狀況是否適合參與,如有懷疑,應於參與前先徵詢醫生意見,並向本會提供最新的健康狀況。如因進行運動時面引起任何意外或損傷,本會將不須負上任何責任。 

All participants must make sure self physically fit and health status is suitable to attend this course, if in doubt, you should consult a doctor before participating in views and provide the latest health to us. Any accident or injury caused during lesson, we would not have to bear any responsibility.

 

9. 本會建議參加者自行安排保險之事宜 , 本會不會負責任何意外及其他損失或賠償 

We suggest the applicants must have their own insurance covers. We shall not be responsible for any loss or injury to any applicant or third party in such event.
